01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and wr999 ("wr999," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the platform available at wr999.org, including all associated games, betting markets, and services. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or making a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any wr999 service. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version, as described in Section 10 below.

02Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to wr999 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. wr999 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage, including prior to processing any withdrawal request. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the minimum age requirement will be permanently closed, and any associated balance will be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

It is the sole responsibility of the player to determine whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to using wr999. wr999 does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling and assumes no liability for a player's decision to access the platform from a jurisdiction with restrictive gambling regulations.

• One account is permitted per individual, per household, and per verified payment method.
• Players must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• wr999 reserves the right to suspend accounts pending identity verification (KYC) at any time.

03Account Registration & Security

To access wr999's products, you must register an account using a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your credentials, whether or not authorized by you.

You must notify wr999 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. wr999 will never request your account password through any communication channel, including email, SMS, or live chat. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

wr999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all accounts as an additional security measure against unauthorized access.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on wr999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wr999 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500, and the minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000, unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). wr999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation, including a valid CNIC, before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

05Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses offered by wr999, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and cashback offers, are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion, including any applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods. Bonus terms supplement, and do not replace, these general Terms & Conditions.

• wr999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at its sole discretion, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each bonus, or the bonus and related winnings may be forfeited.

06Player Conduct

Players agree not to engage in any activity that could be reasonably considered fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise damaging to the integrity of wr999's platform or its other users. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Use of bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets or interact with games.
• Collusion with other players in any multiplayer game format, including live casino tables and bingo.
• Exploiting technical errors, including payout glitches, for financial gain.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.

wr999 reserves the right to void bets, reverse winnings, and close accounts found to be in violation of this section, without prior notice.

07Game Fairness & RNG Compliance

All RNG-driven games offered on wr999, including slots and virtual table games, are supplied by studio partners whose random number generators are independently tested and certified for fairness and statistical randomness. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios subject to regular auditing of dealing procedures and shuffle integrity.

Certification documentation for individual games is available upon reasonable request through wr999 customer support. wr999 does not manipulate game outcomes, and all results are determined exclusively by certified RNG systems or live dealer actions, independent of player history or account value.

08Account Suspension & Termination

wr999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, underage access, bonus abuse, multiple account holding, or violation of these Terms. Where an account is closed for cause, wr999 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any associated balance pending investigation.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting wr999 support. Self-exclusion requests, as distinct from voluntary closure, are handled under the procedures described on our Responsible Gaming page and cannot be reversed before the selected exclusion period concludes.

09Limitation of Liability

wr999 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wr999 disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider delays, or temporary service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits wr999's obligations regarding the safekeeping of verified player fund balances or the processing of legitimate withdrawal requests in accordance with these Terms.

10Changes to These Terms

wr999 may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, regulatory obligations, or operational practices. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via the contact details on file for your account. Continued use of wr999 following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to wr999's operating and licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform that cannot be resolved through wr999's internal complaints procedure may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanisms provided under our international gaming licence.
